So, our press stopped working on us. Why, Vandercook, WHY?! We were in the middle of printing postcards for the Tricks of the Trade Seminar: Word Becomes Art, Art Becomes Word panel discussion, and the cards were turning out swimmingly until the press decided it didn’t want to move anymore. We were going to pair the cards with the skull block to display how words can impact images and make new meaning. Now, the card represent how we feel about the press. We hope for the best, and we fear what is wrong with it because we love our Vandercook (okay, so lust doesn’t fit in too well). Wish us luck as we try to get our press back in fighting shape.
