It’s that time of year again, when the Vandercook is up and running seemingly around the clock to print our Monthly Mantra Calendar. We will be getting order forms ready for you soon, but first we wanted to share a bit about this year’s calendar.

This year the calendar quotes come from students at MCLA in Frances Jones-Sneed’s Women, Race and Society class. The quotes are in response to conversations about race and the Black Lives Matter movement. Each student in partnership and conversation with a person of color came up with their own 12 quotes and images for a calendar. PRESS founder Melanie Mowinski in conversation with Frances Jones-Sneed then finalized the 12 quotes that will be featured in this year’s calendar. We hope you will enjoy it.
